BALENCIAGA VS VALENTINO

In the fight of the day, I present on the left the Balenciaga Ceinture Ankle Boots Black, and the right Valentino Ankle Strap Bootie.

I decided to confront them because to me, is an inspiration that develops with two very different views. Balenciaga presents a punk style that has been very successful in the spring, full of buckles and rudeness, and moreover Valentino proposes something much more soft and feminine. However, both use this tab exposed to show foot, and conclude on an adjustable strap, covering the instep and heel.

Personally I prefer the Valentino style, but it's always good to experiment and try something different to our style, we ended up surprising well.

En la riña del día, les presento del lado izquierdo los Ceinture Ankle Boots Black  de Balenciaga, y por el derecho los Ankle Strap Bootie de Valentino.

He decidido confrontarlos porque a mí parecer, es como una inspiración que se desarrolla con dos puntos de vista muy diferentes. Balenciaga nos presenta un estilo punk que ha tenido mucho éxito en la primavera, cargada de hebillas y rudeza; y por otra parte Valentino nos propone algo mucho más suave y femenino. Sin embargo los dos utilizan esta lengüeta expuesta que permite mostrar parte del pie, y concluyen en una correa ajustable, cubriendo el empeine y talón.

Personalmente me quedo con los de Valentino, pero siempre es bueno experimentar y probarnos algo diferente a nuestro estilo, igual nos terminamos sorprendiendo.

DOLCE & GABBANA FW13

 

The proposed Dolce & Gabbana for this fall-winter 2013, is based on the mosaics of Monreale Cathedral in Sicily, for this reason it is expected that theirs clothes are full of minute details that honor. Just as in its Byzantine and Venetian style dresses, red and gold are the predominant throughout their collection.

But as far as this blog is concerned, the transfer to the shoes could not be more exquisite as a way of interpreting the feminine side, which was completed by including crystals, flowers, mosaics and delicate materials.

La propuesta de Dolce & Gabbana para este otoño-invierno 2013, se basa en los mosaicos de la Catedral de Sicilia de Monreale, por tal motivo es de esperarse que sus prendas estén llenas de detalles minuciosos que hagan honor. Así como en sus vestidos estilo bizantinos y venecianos, el rojo y dorado son la predominante en toda su colección.
 

Pero a lo que a este blog respecta, el traslado a los zapatos no podría ser más exquisito como una forma de interpretación al lado femenino, el cual se completó al incluir cristales, flores, mosaicos y materiales delicados.

PLAID ANKLE BOOTS

The trend that other designers use for this fal-winter 2013, the plaid enjoy their leadership. Moshino presents these brown ankle boots with satin lining, plaid, chunky heel and zipper. 

The attraction is its metallic detail and red stitching on the platform. A fun way to combine the Scottish classic with metal punk.

Como parte de la tendencia que distintos diseñadores utilizan para esta temporada de otoño-invierno 2013, los cuadros escoceses disfrutan de su protagonismo. Moshino nos presenta estos botines de ante café con forro de satén, tela escocesa, tacón grueso y cremallera.  

Lo atractivo es su aplicación metálica en la punta y el cosido en rojo en la plataforma. Una forma divertida de combinar lo clásico del origen escocés, con algo más punk metálico.

MEXICANA

I found this brand that I think is fantastic, Mexican. Note that is American. It specializes in leather cowboy style boots.

This time I shoe these boots embroidered with flowers and skulls, which are surely inspired by the celebration of the Día de Muertos here in Mexico. I particularly liked a lot and ideal for holding.

Recién encontré esta marca que me parecé fantástica, Mexicana. Cabe destacar que es estadounidense. Su especialidad son las botas estilo vaqueras de piel. 

En esta ocasión les presento estas botas bordadas con flores y calaveras, que seguramente están inspiradas en la celebración del Día de Muertos aquí en México. Particularmente me gustaron mucho e ideales para celebrar.

What can I say, I fell in love with these Casadei ankle boots, which are part of his collection FW 2013 Space Cowboy. Lizard effect gold and silver leather, with the characteristic heel of the brand and a height 115 mm / 4.5 "/ 11.5 cm.

Qué puedo decir, caí enamorada de estos botínes de Casadei, los cuales forman parte de su colección Space Cowboy FW 2013. Piel en efecto brillante de oro y plata, con el tacón característico de la marca y una altura 115 mm / 4.5" / 11.5 cm.

Y es que con estos botínes, claro que me dan ganas de ir a poner orden a la galaxia. Una manera muy sofisticada de renovar el Cowboy tradicional.

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK SPRING 2014

Today I show you the New York Fashion Week Spring 2014, all about shoes, which was full of variety and return of some trends.

What surprised me is that almost no style found Charlotte Olympia platforms rather cum platforms, chunky heels and pointy stilettos.

In the photo above encompasses the styles that I liked, delicate and feminine. The first is the fashion show from Narciso Rodriguez, delicate sandal with glittery gold metallic touches, and together with the rest of the shoes presented a collection in my opinion very well structured architecture. The second is from Marchesa, delicate designs tending to nature by Christian Louboutin. And the third is from Thom Browne, who defines his collection as Elizabethan Crazy Clowns, their clothing is very extravagant but shoes I think is simple, classic and romantic.

El día de hoy les muestro el New York Fashion Week Spring 2014 en materia de zapatos, el cual estuvo lleno de variedad y del regreso de algunas tendencias.

Lo que me sorprendió es que casi no encontré plataformas estilo Charlotte Olympia, más bien plataformas corridas, tacones gruesos y stilettos puntiagudos.

En la foto de arriba englobé los estilos que más me gustaron, delicados y femeninos. La primera es de la pasarela de Narciso Rodríguez, sandalia delicada con toques metálicos destellantes en oro, y en conjunto con el resto de los zapatos presentados,  a mi parecer una colección muy arquitectónica bien estructurada. La segunda es de Marchesa, diseños delicados con tendencia a la naturaleza, a cargo de Christian Louboutin. Y la tercera es de Thom Browne, quien define a su propia colección como Payasos Isabelinos Locos, su ropa es muy extravagante pero en zapatos me parece sencillo, clásico y romántico.

Plataformas corridas, cuñas, con correas o sólo para meter. La tendencia de Alexander Wang me parece muy curiosa porque en ropa no, pero en su calzado me figura tipo una muñeca gigante que complementa con tonos pasteles.

Fashion Show: Oscar de la Renta

At the end I wanted to dedicate a space to the collection that I liked a lot. The Oscar de la Renta teacher obviously had to do as well for next season. Presented a range for my taste very complete from flats, sandals, stilettos and boots. Now I just show what I would define as a romantic dream, with details in rhinestones and transparencies, and to close some beautiful flats with flowers, all with a touch flashing extremely delicate.

Al final quería dedicarle un espacio a la colección que más me gusto. El maestro Oscar de la Renta claro que tenía que hacer lo suyo para la próxima temporada. Presentó una gama para mi gusto muy completa desde flats, sandalias, stilettos y botines. Ahora sólo les muestro lo que yo definiría como un sueño romántico, con detalles en pedrería y transparencias, y para cerrar unas hermosas flats con flores, todo con cierto toque destellante sumamente delicado.
