Espero que se encuentren muy bien. Cuando inicié este blog quería hablar sólo de zapatos, pero por qué limitarme en temas si hay muchas cosas que me interesan. Es por eso que decidí agregar una pestaña para hablar de cosas que me encantan como el mundo del Kawaii y la cultura japonesa. WHY WE LOVE AUDREY HEPBURN?

Today, I will talk about one of my biggest inspirations, Audrey Hepburn; not only as a sophisticated woman who enchanted the world with elegance and performances, she was a very human person who exuded simplicity.

Much of what we remembered about her, is her glamorous stage as fashion icon in the golden age of Hollywood, however, I would like to talk about the moments in her life that would mark and return sensitive to humanitarian acts.

El día de hoy con motivo de su cumpleaños, hablaré de una de mis mayores inspiraciones, Audrey Hepburn; no sólo por ser una mujer sofisticada que enamoró al mundo con su elegancia y actuaciones, si no también porque era una persona muy humana que derrochaba sencillez.

Mucho de lo que se recuerda de Audrey es su etapa glamurosa como icono de la moda en la época dorada de Hollywood, sin embargo, me gustaría hablar de los momentos en su vida que la marcarían y volverían sensible ante los actos humanitarios.

Sin embargo, las cosas empeoraron para Holanda tras la llegada de los países aliados que buscaban librar a Europa de la Alemania Nazi. Arnhem se vio afectada por la guerra y la confiscación de alimentos por parte de los alemanes, provocando carencias alimenticias que generarían en Audrey anemia y problemas respiratorios.
